Foundations in Form & Craft

Material and craft explorations that shaped how I think about structure, hierarchy, and experience.

These foundational projects taught me to observe, experiment, and design with a tactile understanding of form and systems — lessons I bring to digital interfaces today.

INTARSIO

Exploring form, pattern, and material logic through terracotta tile design

This degree project grounded my understanding of modular systems, repetition, and compositional thinking — principles I now apply while designing structured digital interfaces.

NAQQASHI

Understanding patience, precision, and the rhythm of handmade systems

Documenting this 200-year-old metal engraving craft sharpened my eye for detail, consistency, and disciplined execution — qualities that strongly influence how I design UI systems today.

MATERIAL
EXPLORATIONS

Learning through hands-on experimentation with materials

Continuous material play reinforces curiosity, iteration, and making — the same mindset I bring into prototyping and interaction design.
